I'VE BEEN ON BOTH SIDES

As a manager, I watched capable women apologize before speaking, accept lowball offers, and wait to be chosen instead of asking directly. I'd been one of them too, overworked and undervalued until my body forced me to leave. The autoimmune disease I developed on that job disappeared the moment I quit.

Now I help women get visible, get credit for their work, and build the case for the raise or promotion they've already earned. Sometimes that means changing how you show up in your current role. Sometimes it means planning a strategic exit and setting yourself up for success to find the next one. I'll help you figure out which one, and give you the tools either way.
