MARIE-FRANCE
Career Confidence Coach
WELCOME

I know this world, because I lived it.
17 years managing teams at Fortune 500 and global companies. Multiple layoffs navigated. Toxic bosses survived. One autoimmune disease, developed from a job that was quietly destroying me, and gone the moment I left. I'm not a coach who read about corporate in a book. I fought through it, learned from it, and built the strategies that actually work.
So you're unhappy, and all you think about is quitting.
Before you quit, ask yourself this:
Is your workplace genuinely toxic—or are you just invisible?
Here's the uncomfortable truth most coaches won't tell you:
Sometimes you need to leave to protect your health and sanity. Sometimes you just need to learn how to advocate for yourself and speak up for what you want. My job is to help you figure out which one you're dealing with and give you the right tools to navigate it.
From invisible to indispensable
INVISIBLE
Your manager nods in the 1:1. Nothing changes after. You do the work and someone else gets the credit, or nobody notices at all.
VISIBLE
You learn to name your wins out loud, not just carry them in your head. People start connecting your name to the results.
RECOGNIZED
Raises, promotions, and the kind of reputation that means you stop having to ask twice.
What my clients are saying:

WHAT'S POSSIBLE WHEN WE WORK TOGETHER
→Negotiate raises and promotions with real numbers, not guesses
→ Speak up in meetings without rehearsing it three times first
→ Build the kind of presence that gets you in the room before you have to ask
→ Know when to push for recognition and when to walk away
→ Set boundaries that protect your energy without stalling your career
→ Get credit for the work you're already doing well
→ Stop shrinking your wins and start naming them
These outcomes come from 17 years navigating corporate, plus coaching frameworks built on top of it. Results vary by commitment.
On this 20-minute call, we'll assess:
✓ Where you stand, what's truly happening (not always what you think!)
✓ What's holding you back from getting what you want
✓ Your best next move
No pitch. No pressure. Just clarity.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
I developed an autoimmune disease from a job I loved but that was destroying me. The doctors said there was no cure. I'd manage symptoms for life. The minute I left that job? The disease disappeared.
That taught me two things:
1. Your body keeps score. When a workplace is genuinely toxic, leaving isn't weakness—it's survival.
2. Often, the problem isn't the job. It's that nobody taught you how to make your work visible.
After 17 years in corporate, navigating layoffs, toxic managers, office politics, and my own career moves, I teach women the skills I wish someone had taught me. You shouldn't have to choose between your career and your health. And you shouldn't have to spend 17 years figuring this out the hard way.
P.S. Still not sure if coaching is right for you?
Here's the thing: every day you stay invisible is another day you're leaving money, opportunities, and happiness on the table. The women who succeed aren't the most talented—they're the ones who finally decided to advocate for themselves. Your free consultation costs you nothing but 20 minutes. What it could give you? The clarity and confidence to finally get what you deserve.
